All of our training materials and videos are sold for individual or internal non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without our prior written permission. Our material is subject to copyright and you may not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from our content.

Registration:

Course registrations are accepted on a first-submitted, first-accepted basis. Registrations can be made online at www.energytrainingresources.com or by telephone at 713-780-2131. Registrations will be accepted up to noon Central Time on the business day prior to the course start date (if the event is not full). Registration confirmation will be sent after your payment is processed.

Fees:

If you register online, course fees are due at the time of registration by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you wish to pay by check or wire transfer, you may call us for an invoice and payment instructions. Checks or wire transfer payments must be received in US funds at least 14 days prior to the course date. Check and wire transfer payments do not qualify for an early-bird discount unless the payment is received prior to the early-bird cutoff date.

Enrollment Changes:

Registrations may be rescheduled or cancelled under the following conditions:

• All requests for a cancellation or rescheduling must be sent by email to support@energy-train.com. The date of the email will be deemed to be the date of notice.
• Registrants may elect to send a substitute to any course without additional charge by notifying us prior to the course start date.
• Registrants may cancel their reservations with the following conditions:
• When cancellation notice is received at least 7 days prior to the course start date, the registrant will receive a full refund.
• When notice is received less than 7 days prior to the course start date, the registrant will receive a refund of 50% of
   the fee paid.
• No refund or credit will be given for no-shows
• If notice is given less than 7 days prior to the course start date, the registrant has an option to reschedule for the same course at the same location on a future date, rather than cancelling.

Course Cancellation:

Please understand that due to the nature of our business, registration may fluctuate considerably from time to time. Accordingly, we reserve the right to cancel any course due to light enrollment, at our discretion. We generally make these decisions 1-2 weeks prior to the course date, so please consider this when making travel arrangements because we are not responsible for travel cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation, enrollees will be given an option to receive a full refund or reschedule for the same course on a future date at no additional charge.

Video Sales Policy:

All video sales are final with no refunds. If the video arrives damaged or does not function properly due to a problem with the DVD (rather than the player) we will replace it at our expense upon receipt of the damaged DVD.
