Overview Courses are Our Specialty

Some overview courses are patched together from other sub-topic presentations but our courses have been designed from the ground up for the specific purpose of presenting a seamless overview.

We don’t want to PowerPoint our attendees “to death” so we incorporate extensive use of photos, videos, graphics, maps, animations and physical samples to keep our courses informative and interesting.

We continuously search for new resources throughout the industry and we make changes between almost every presentation to make use of newer and better materials.

For example, we feel that video and animated graphics is the best way to show how a well is drilled so we spent over a year creating a custom drilling documentary. There is nothing else like it and it’s only available through us.

Most overview courses teach only how the industry works functionally but we also teach the political and geographic structure of the industry in our Oil and Gas Basic Training® and Oil and Gas Boot Camp™ courses. You’ll leave those courses knowing what is happing in the industry around the globe.

The instructor for our overview courses has broad experience in the industry and was directly involved in the research and development of all our course materials. Our small group size (maximum 12) allows plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

Our attendees give us kudos for our boardroom-style set-up with comfortable executive chairs and a great audio/visual system. It’s a big improvement over a typical training room.

Our attendees will receive a framed Certificate of Achievement if they receive a 70% passing grade on an optional exam administered immediately after the course. There is no additional charge for the exam or the certificate.

We will refund 100% of your course fees if you feel a better course exists or if we otherwise fail to deliver the value you expect.
